At the next step, our design team will produce a CAD drawing of your specific staircase. This will give you a clear 3D rendering on a computer screen of what you want before it’s built. Many of our clients find this tool and ability to see the finished result before it’s even built to be very useful in this process.
Once you’ve approved the final design, that’s when our in-house team of fabricators gets to work and brings an idea into the physical world. The time it takes to complete the fabrication process is obviously dependent on the size and scope of the project.
Once the staircase has been completed, then powder coating is the next step. This is the slowest part of the process and can take up to 10 days to be executed properly.
Once the powder coating is completed, then the welders and installing team deliver the finished metal stairs to your location for installation. They’ll ensure that the stairs are securely in place, that they are totally functional, and that you’re totally satisfied before they leave.
